BRED Abu Dhabi celebrates music, fashion and food from 26 to 30 April.
In April, Abu Dhabi will host the ultimate neo-culture festival. This five-day BRED Abu Dhabi event will highlight contemporary culture through music, fashion, sports, and art, showcasing how neo-culture contributes to the region’s rich identity.
Produced by Brag in partnership with the Department of Culture and Tourism, Abu Dhabi, BRED, a play on the ‘Born and Bred’ idiom and the classic ‘Black and Red’ sneakers, celebrates the region’s urban scene with a diverse range of activities for visitors.
Local and regional artists will share the spotlight with global artists, showcasing their talents alongside exclusive streetwear, bespoke art, street food, basketball showdowns, and gaming, all accompanied by international music performances.

On Wednesday, 26 April, the neo-culture celebration will kick off with an opening party at THE BRED ARENA, featuring a performance by DJ Jazzy Jeff. The Grammy-winning DJ, music producer, and entrepreneur with a career spanning over three decades will perform popular hits such as Summertime and Boom! Shake The Room. Syrian singer Omar Souleyman will also take to the stage, making his first-ever appearance in the UAE, performing crowd favourites like Wenu Wenu and Ya Bnayya. British-Lebanese electronic music producer and DJ Saliah will also be present with her exceptional blend of acapella, UK bass, Arabic classics, and electronic genres.
On Thursday, 27 April, celebrating 50 years of hip-hop with Def Jam Recordings, a night of unforgettable performances will take place. Multi-platinum artist 2 Chainz will headline the stage at THE BRED ARENA with his impressive repertoire of hits, including It’s A Vibe and Champions. Grammy-nominated American rap artist Dave East will also take the stage, performing chart-topping numbers such as Handsome and Pablo & Blanco. Elsewhere, American rapper Armani White will hype up the crowd with his hits Billie Eilish and Gnarley.
Visitors can get their hands on the BRED Festival Pass by making their purchase through BRED Abu Dhabi’s official website. Offered exclusively on a first-come-first-serve basis, the pass will guarantee them access to the complete festival experience. A limited quantity of exclusive festival passes to give visitors full access is now available.
