Irish pub McGettigan’s to host all-day music festival.
St Patrick’s Day celebrations in Dubai will take place a little later this year, as the day itself falls during the month of Ramadan. While the annual party will be delayed until 12 April, the festivities promise to be worth the wait with Irish pub McGettigan’s throwing a huge party to mark the occasion.
McGettigan’s Late Late Paddy’s Party will be a full-day event with live music from midday late into the night. The show will be headlined by Irish rock band, The Script, who will be taking a break from their world tour to participate.
Best known for their hit singles The Man Who Can’t Be Moved and Hall of Fame, the Dublin-based four-piece band will be supported by special guests The Coronas. A host of yet-to-be announced musicians will provide additional live music throughout the day.
In addition to the musical guests, ticketholders will be able to enjoy a range of food trucks and pop-up bars.
The Late Late Paddy Party is the latest in a series of events hosted by McGettigan’s. Tickets are priced from AED 249 per person for a concert only ticket, and AED 449 per person for brunch and a concert pass.
