Who said his name three times? Beetlejuice is set to take the stage at Etihad Arena this November.
A Hollywood hit and Broadway classic, few stories have enchanted audiences much as Beetlejuice. Following its recent remake, the mischievous poltergeist is set to wow a whole new generation – including fans at Etihad Arena, Yas Island.
Beetlejuice the Musical stays true to the film’s unforgettable storyline, with teenager Lydia Deetz, her parents and their new house. Obsessed with the ‘undead thing’, Lydia soon discovers the house’s secret and calls on Beetlejuice’s questionable talents to rid herself of her annoying parents. What happens next? There’re no spoilers here! You’ll have to watch the show to find out.
Following a successful run on Broadway and a world tour, the musical will finally arrive in Abu Dhabi on 20 November for a limited 10-day stay. There are still a few days to go before tickets go on public sale but those who don’t want to miss out on the chance to see one of this decade’s most talked-about musicals can join the official waitlist now.
Pre-sale tickets are available from etihadarena.ae and platinumlist.net, with prices starting from AED 99. The public sale will open on 08 May.
If you can’t wait until November to see a Broadway classic live and in person, Etihad Arena will also play host to Mamma Mia! on 11 – 22 June.
