Fatboy Slim to perform at Zero Gravity in May

Party until the early hours with the acclaimed British DJ.

Fatboy Slim returns to Zero Gravity for an unforgettable day to night beach party on Friday, 20 May 2022.

Fatboy Slim, whose real name is Norman Cook, has a reputation as the ultimate beach DJ, having played to over 360,000 on Flamingo Beach in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, as well as headlining Glastonbury, Ultra, V Festival, Bestival and Space Terrace.

These days, the DJ’s shows involve not only his own patented brand of “party acid house” but a complex audio-visual production.

“I’m technically a video jockey now. We write scripts for all the tunes and make films. In the past, I used to have to literally hold up the next record I was going to play to the guy who does my visuals, and he’d have to find the images to match it. And they were never synched. But now, because of the technology, no matter what speed I play at, even if I just chop quickly into it, the visuals are all synchronised. It’s a show.”

The British DJ is best known for the hit singles’ Gangster Trippin’, ‘Right Here, Right Now‘ and ‘Praise You‘, and is no stranger to Zero Gravity, having performed in the past.
