Under the creative direction of Culinary Director Craig Small, the refreshed all-day menu puts an elevated spin on the French-Japanese flavours that made the original Al Quoz location a cult favourite. The dishes reflect NETTE’s signature creativity — now reimagined with a fresh, seasonal flair. Morning highlights include the Okonomiyaki Omelette served with tonkatsu rice, Yuzu Avocado Toast with sesame and citrus notes, and the fan-favourite Matcha Overnight Oats. For something more substantial, diners can enjoy hearty-yet-balanced options like the Hot Honey Chicken Burger, the indulgent Katsu Beef Burger layered with house-made katsu sauce on a toasted potato bun, or the plant-based Jackfruit Sloppy-Joe.
Comforting mains shine with flavour and flair such as the Katsu Curry with house-made sauce, Karashi Mustard Tenderloin with crispy potatoes and miso-soy jus, and the must-try French Onion Ramen, simmered in rich miso broth with caramelised onions, shiitake mushrooms, ajitama egg, and a choice of beef tenderloin or breaded chicken.
To complement the menu, guests can explore a vibrant selection of fresh juices, signature matcha creations, smoothies, wellness shots, and expertly brewed coffee made using beans from 42 coffee Roasters.
