With reservations now open for this weekend’s grand opening, it’s perfect for late – night dinners in the city.
Nobu One Za’abeel is welcoming guests from 17 January, and we are in the know of what to expect. This is the brand’s third location in Dubai and set to be the go-to place for late-night dinners. It’s located at The Link, Nobu One Za’abeel and will offer the brand’s excellent Japanese cuisine paired with Peruvian influences.
A world first for the Nobu brand, Nobu One Za’abeel will transition into a late-night venue, with leading DJs keeping you entertained until the early hours. This latest venue promises a stylish dining room, private dining spaces, an elegant lounge and a bar with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer skyline views.
We expect the culinary experience to be at the heart of the experience with iconic dishes on the menu, including Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Jalapeño, world-famous Nobu sushi and premium Wagyu with signature dishes designed for the restaurant exclusively too. Examples we are excited to try are Umami Mediterranean Seabass Tomato Dashi Ponzu, Amadai Ginger Shiso Ponzu, and Wagyu Beef Tenderloin Shiitake Millefeuille Tozasu.
The design and interiors of the restaurant will feature all the Nobu aesthetics we have come to know and love, with bold and contemporary finishes. Founded by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa alongside Robert De Niro and Meir Teper, Nobu has become one of the most recognised names in the dining industry.
