Gazebo has added more than 15 new dishes to its menu, giving diners a fresh reason to return while staying close to the rich Indian flavours the restaurant is famous for.
The new additions build on Gazebo’s long-standing focus on Dum Pukht cooking, a traditional slow-cooking method where dishes are sealed and cooked gently to lock in flavour. It’s a technique most often associated with fragrant biryanis, tender meats and layered spices, and it remains a major part of the Gazebo experience.
The expanded menu covers a broad mix of dishes, from kababs and seafood to curries, biryanis, breads and desserts.

To start, guests can try the Murgh Barrah Kabab or Gosht Kakori Kabab, both adding to the restaurant’s selection of grilled dishes. Seafood also gets more attention with Dhaniya Kalimirch Salmon Tikka and Anardana Mahi Tikka, offering lighter options for those who want something different from the usual meat-led starters.
For mains, the new Murgh Badami Korma brings a creamy, nutty chicken curry to the table, while Safed Dum Gosht Korma focuses on slow-cooked meat in a rich, comforting sauce. Vegetarians haven’t been forgotten either, with Dal Dum Pukht joining the line-up as a hearty option built around slow-cooked lentils.

Biryani remains central to the Gazebo experience, and the new Gosht Mughlai Biryani and Paneer Hyderabadi Biryani give guests more choice alongside the restaurant’s existing signatures. The menu also introduces Murgh Tikka Kulcha and paratha, ideal for sharing or pairing with the new curries.
Those with room for dessert can try Mango Rabdi Milk Cake or Elaichi aur Bread ka Meetha, two new sweet finishes made for ending the meal on a richer note.
The refreshed menu sits within Gazebo’s familiar dining setting, with traditional design touches, warm interiors and a relaxed atmosphere suited to family meals, casual dinners and group dining.
