The fifth edition will reveal the city’s latest starred restaurants and Bib Gourmand selections at Atlantis The Royal
The MICHELIN Guide Dubai will return this October for its fifth annual restaurant ceremony. The 2026 selection will be revealed at Atlantis The Royal on October 6, bringing together chefs, restaurateurs and industry figures for one of the biggest nights on Dubai’s food calendar.
The ceremony will announce the city’s latest MICHELIN Star and Bib Gourmand selections, reflecting the continued growth and diversity of Dubai’s dining scene.
Alongside the main ceremony, guests will also be able to sample dishes from a line-up of MICHELIN recognised restaurants.
Confirmed names include Row on 45, which held Two MICHELIN Stars in the 2025 Dubai guide, as well as avatāra and Hōseki, both One MICHELIN Star restaurants.
Berenjak, which held a Bib Gourmand in the 2025 Dubai selection, will also take part, alongside Glass Hostaria, a One MICHELIN Star restaurant from the 2026 Italy guide.
The reception will feature signature canapés from the participating restaurants following the announcement of the new Dubai selection.
MICHELIN Stars are awarded according to five criteria used by inspectors worldwide, including ingredient quality, cooking technique, consistency and the personality of the chef reflected in the food.
One Star recognises high-quality cooking, Two Stars recognise excellent cooking worth a detour, while Three Stars are reserved for exceptional cuisine worth a special journey.
The 2026 Dubai selection will also include Bib Gourmand restaurants, recognising quality food at more moderate prices.
The full MICHELIN Guide Dubai 2026 selection will be revealed on October 6.
