Two new branches of the experiential fine dining establishment are opening in the UAE this year.
Solutions Leisure Group, the company behind Wavehouse, STK and Lock Stock & Barrel, have announced the opening of two new branches for their popular Pan Asian restaurant concept, Asia Asia, in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The experiential fine dining establishment is expected to open in the all-new Grand Millennium Hotel, Business Bay in December.
Spanning 750 SQM, Asia Asia Business Bay will seat 500 people, bringing the Far East to the Middle East through a unique oriental fusion of flavours and décor. Transporting guests across the ancient Spice Route through a culinary exploration of Pan Asian cuisine, the restaurant will feature a dining room and al fresco options overlooking the Dubai Canal.
The lavish Asia Asia, which you might already know from Pier 7 in Dubai, takes its inspiration from the ancient Spice Route. The new venues updated look and feel is exquisite, encompassing semi-private lounges, DJ booth and bar, dining area and sushi bar. Laced with hand-sourced collectable antiques, furniture and art from all corners of the world.

The news follows hot on the heels of the announcement that Asia Asia Abu Dhabi will also be opening at the new Yas Bay Waterfront Development. The vibrant leisure and entertainment zone situated on Yas Island is already home to newly-opened Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island and the Etihad Arena, a state-of-the-art multi-purpose entertainment venue with a capacity for 18,000 guests.
