Ministry Of Crab Dubai

Currently ranked #29 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list, Ministry Of Crab will be at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort from 3 to 7 November 2021.

Discover the refined flavour of Sri Lankan Crab with an exciting pop-up from the renowned Ministry of Crab this November.

The King of the Sea will be showcased by Chef Dharshan Munidasa and his talented team from the esteemed Colombo eatery, currently ranked at number 29 on Asia’s Best 50 Restaurants. The menu celebrates the succulent Sri Lankan crab in various dishes prepared live and served poolside in a pop-up designed especially for the event.

With Sri Lankan crab famed for its size, creamy texture and abundance of meat, diners can enjoy a five-course menu that includes crab liver pâté to share, baked crab, and the Sri Lankan speciality, pepper crab. The menu also features garlic chilli prawns, another fusion Sri Lankan dish that the Colombo restaurant is famous for, and a dessert of coconut crème brûlée that offers a tropical twist on the popular sweet treat.
