The spirit of Japan, paired with premium local ingredients

To begin what is sure to be a memorable dining experience, guests are invited to sip a welcome drink and savour the caramel flavours of a plump date. Starters include a fragrant king crab and miso soup served with Japanese mustard greens and a sweet crispy prawn with cooling avocado and dark sweet soy. For vegetarians there’s a bright and fresh corn salad with puff rice and shiso lime vinaigrette, while those following a gluten free diet can tuck into chicken wings with yuzu kosho honey.
A choice of main meals – each served with steamed rice- includes light, fragrant sea bream fillet served with ryotei miso and red onion, lamb cutlets with Korean spices and refreshing sesame cucumber, an indulgent braised wagyu cheek accompanied by chilli, pickled daikon and sobacha toast or succulent cedar roasted baby chicken with chilli and lemon.
