The chef-driven food is a new concept not seen in Dubai before
Ginger Moon, located at W Dubai – Mina Seyahi, has unveiled an exciting cuisine concept that has not been seen in Dubai before. New Californian cuisine is a chef-driven food movement with dishes filled with fresh vegetables and fruits, lean meat and seafood native to the California coast.
The menu takes its influence from ‘the cuisine of California’, a food culture that is inspired by the rich multi-cultural communities of the Mediterranean, Latin American and East Asia. From tasty flatbread with zucchini and truffle; salmon and avocoado nachos; and cauliflower steak with romesco and tomato rice, ingredients are always fresh and sourced locally wherever possible.

Staying true to the playful nature of the W Hotels brand, you will find exciting and innovative creations, such as the delicious black tea and sesame sticky chicken, or the cheesy rice waffle and watermelon kimchi giving Ginger Moon its own bold identity amongst an array of hotel restaurants in the city.
The beautifully hand-crafted wagyu beef toast and the divine avo crust give you a flavour of the unique hand-crafted cuisine. Must-tries include is the indulgent vitello tonnato – tender, slowcooked veal served with a delicate tuna cream, the soft shell crab, and the octopus, enhanced with a homemade harissa romesco, offering a rich, smoky flavor that lingers on the palate.

The full Ginger Moon experience concludes with the epitome of comfort food: a warm and gooey chocolate chip cookie pie perfectly paired with the creamy richness of peanut butter nitro ice cream. If the plan is to share, you may want to think again once you’ve tasted it.

Ginger Moon’s signature cocktails perfectly complement its diverse culinary offerings, highlighting vibrant New Californian flavours. The avocado cocktail blends Mezcal and Tequila with creamy avocado shrub, lime, and a hint of habanero for a smoky, spicy kick. The classic Paloma features silver *Tequila mixed with grapefruit juice, kaffir lime cordial, and soda for a refreshing sip. For a slightly more bitter twist, try the Aztec, combining Pisco Acholado and Gin with apple juice, cinnamon syrup, and lemon, creating a delightful balance of sweetness and aromatic warmth.
Plus all food and drink choices have a zerowaste ethos in mind from creation to conception.
Quite possibly the best way to end an evening eating out in the city.
