The Ramadan spirit is now palpable across town and, over at The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm, it’s translating to sharing set menus and lavish buffet spreads in an elegant setting within the Palm Tower. And with storied traditions taking centre stage at this property, it’s no wonder that they’re driven by rich, authentic flavours that perfectly suit the season. We’re told that both Cordelia and Rüya will host diners, their exceptional offerings designed to foster meaningful connections. Here’s what to expect.
Cordelia
Families and friends are welcome to gather at Cordelia, where a grand iftar is the order of the day. Like years past, here awaits an exquisite buffet, offering the opportunity to share precious moments over a veritable feast. The elegant setting, complete with ocean views, will provide the perfect ambiance to break your fast together, embracing the Ramadan spirit of togetherness. Available throughout the holy month and priced AED 260 per person, iftar will be served from sunset to 8:30pm.

Rüya
It’s all about the rich flavours of Anatolia at Rüya this Ramadan, as the eatery brings the essence of Turkey’s vast and storied peninsula to our tables. Thoughtfully curated iftar and suhoor menus that honour the holy month have been designed by chef Gökhan Çökelez and his team, each offering a selection of favourites to share with loved ones in a refined, yet warm setting. With a menu that reflects the culinary traditions of Ramadan while staying true to its DNA, Rüya will set the tone for guests to gather, reflect, and share. Iftar will entail a sharing-style set menu, served from sunset to 8:30pm and priced AED 295 per person. At suhoor, meanwhile, a specially curated menu will run from 10pm to 1am, with dishes starting from AED 25.
