Home to 12 unique concepts, 25 Jump Street is bringing homegrown and international brands to Central Business District.
Cooler temperatures may have us heading to beach bars, rooftop terraces, and outdoor shisha lounges in droves, but soon, everyone will be hanging out at 25 Jump Street. A partnership between 7 Management and Ennismore, this brand-new dining and entertainment destination is the city’s first licensed street, making it unlike any other leisure offering around.

Located just behind 25hours Hotel Dubai One Central in the Central Business District, 25 Jump Street will be home to a varied range of dining and entertainment venues. We’re told that a total of 12 unique concepts have been selected, and both international brands and celebrated homegrown names are in the mix — Levantine bar-restaurant Antika, seafood hotspot Meat the Fish, and casual Mediterranean eatery Em Sherif Deli included. Alongside, YUBI Handroll Bar (curated by world-renowned chef Reif Othman) will bring a taste of Tokyo to this street.
Divided into multiple immersive zones, the avenue will also feature nightclubs, speakeasy-style venues, trendy bar experiences, live music sessions, and comedy shows to keep the entertainment going. Those more interested in cultural pursuits can look forward to seasonal activations accented by a lively street atmosphere throughout the year. An exact opening date is yet to be revealed, but 25 Jump Street is set to debut any day now.
