The private island resort is scheduled to open in 2027.
Wynn Resorts has revealed new visuals of its upcoming deluxe retreat, Wynn Al Marjan Island, presently being constructed in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
This venture marks the company’s first venture into beachfront luxury. It is situated on a stunning island spanning nearly 62 hectares that extends into the Arabian Gulf. Nestled along its private white sand beach, offering vistas of the Arabian Gulf and the natural splendour of Ras Al Khaimah reaching towards the Hajar Mountains, Wynn Al Marjan Island promises an array of opulent amenities and experiences. The resort will comprise 1,542 rooms, meticulously designed suites, and 22 lavish Villa Estates beside the newly crafted marina. Adjacent to the beach, an expansive poolscape spanning 3.6 hectares will feature multiple pools, water features, cabanas, and lush tropical landscaping.

The culinary journey at Wynn Al Marjan Island will be equally captivating, with a curated selection of 22 dining, lounge, and bar venues, with many offering panoramic views of the beach and poolscape. The resort’s theatre will host bespoke production shows.
Furthermore, guests can indulge in a 15,000-square-meter shopping esplanade housing top-tier luxury boutiques, a five-star spa, and a salon. The resort’s 7,500-square-meter meetings and events centre has been crafted to accommodate various gatherings, including meetings, conventions, and weddings, with ample outdoor event terraces and lawns.

Todd Lenahan, President and Chief Creative Officer of Wynn Design and Development, remarked, “Drawing from the historical significance of Ras Al Khaimah as a navigational beacon in the Arabian Gulf, our 300-meter-tall resort tower pays homage to this legacy. We envision it as a new landmark, guiding travellers from around the world to Ras Al Khaimah.”

Construction on the resort commenced in early 2023. Currently standing at 40 meters tall, the tower is expected to reach its full height of over 300 meters by the fourth quarter of 2025, with the grand opening slated for early 2027.
