The first Janu hotel in the UAE will open in 2027.
With hotels in Japan, Maldives and Thailand, Janu Hotels is set to make its Dubai debut with the opening of Janu Dubai in 2027.
Situated in the heart of Dubai International Financial District (DIFC), Janu Dubai will offer stunning skyline views over Downtown Dubai including the Burj Khalifa. Designed by Herzog & de Meuron, a Pritzker Prize-winning architecture firm, the property will will feature 150 hotel rooms, fully serviced residences, a member’s club, various dining and bar concepts, event spaces, a wellness and fitness center. Plus, expansive outdoor terraces and gardens.

Derived from the Sanskrit word for ‘soul,’ Janu is a hotel brand focusing on restorative travel and enriching experiences. Additional Janu properties are planned for the Middle East, including AlUla, Diriyah Gate, and Wadi Safar in Saudi Arabia.
