It will be Nikki Beach’s first branded hotel in Ras Al Khaimah.
RAK Properties has partnered with Nikki Beach Global to open Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Ras Al Khaimah, an exciting new beach resort located within Mina Al Arab in the Northern Emirates.
Nikki Beach in Ras Al Khaimah will be a high-end lifestyle destination offering the serenity of island living, direct beach access, and sweeping vistas of the Gulf. This 155-key resort will provide guests with a diverse selection of rooms and villas, granting them access to the brand’s signature amenities such as Nikki Spa, Tone Gym, and innovative dining destinations. While Nikki Beach is celebrated worldwide for its lively luxury beach club and resort destinations, it has recently expanded its portfolio to include more relaxed, barefoot luxury environments at various new resorts across the globe.
The resort’s architectural and design vision will be crafted by Gensler, a global firm specialising in architecture, design, and planning. Aligning with RAK Properties’ commitment to harmoniously blend the resort with the pristine natural surroundings of Mina Al Arab, Gensler, as a leader in advancing sustainability and net-zero building practices, will incorporate local materials and natural resources into the design while also collaborating with local artists to accentuate the area’s natural beauty.
