Modern Persian restaurant Enigma has re-launched The Prusiana Brunch, inviting guests on a culinary journey through eclectic Persian-Peruvian fusion cuisine every Friday evening.

Helmed by Michelin-starred chef Mansour Memarian, the Iranian outpost is renowned for reinventing Persian classics with a refined and modern twist. Enigma goes a step further every Friday evening with their emblematic Prusiana Brunch, a culinary exploration through Persian and Peruvian flavours.
Be immersed in an explosion of eclectic flavours for a one-of-a-kind night brunch experience and
discover a reinterpretation of Persian and Peruvian classics, featuring the best of both cuisines with modern and experimental touches.
Start your epicurean journey with appetisers such as Peruvian Tiraditos, Traditional Peruvian Causa Limena and Persian classics like Masto Laboo or Salad Shirazi. For the second course, tuck into mains served family-style such as succulent Kebab Kubide, delicious Chicken Anticuchos and Arroz con Pato, prepared by the chefs at the table. Finally, end things on a sweet note with desserts like the traditional Faludeh or Raspberry Cheesecake Kunafe.
While indulging in the Persian and Peruvian delicacies, guests can unwind with live performances by the in-house DJ and dancers, providing a vibrant ambience to match the cuisine.
The Prusiana Evening Brunch at Enigma occurs on Fridays, from 7pm to 11pm. AED 350 (food only), AED 380 (soft beverages) and AED 495 (house beverages).
