The skyline restaurant and bar has launched its first Thursday evening brunch, running weekly from 7pm to 10pm on level 54 of Address Sky View.
CÉ LA VI Dubai, perched above the city on level 54 of Address Sky View, has launched its first Thursday Night Brunch, running weekly from 7pm to 10pm. It’s a new addition to the venue’s weekly programming and one that makes a reasonable case for starting the weekend a day early.
The menu moves between Asian and European influences across starters, mains and desserts. To begin, guests can choose from a burrata salad with nectarine and candied walnuts, braised beef bao buns with galbi glaze, and a 16-piece sushi platter of salmon and tuna nigiri alongside salmon avocado and California maki.
Mains include a black truffle sushi rice risotto with butternut squash and Parmesan, chicken katsu with housemade coleslaw and tonkatsu sauce, grilled striploin with black pepper and Japonaise sauce, and grilled sea bream with laksa. A dedicated vegan and vegetarian menu runs alongside, featuring miso aubergine, kimchi gyoza and a butternut squash katsu among others. The evening closes with CÉ LA VI’s dessert platter of mango basil tart, crème brûlée, pear sorbet, chocolate bomboloni and seasonal fruits.
Beverage packages are priced at AED 390 for soft drinks, AED 490 for house spirits including Prosecco, and AED 690 for Champagne, with Veuve Clicquot Brut on the Champagne package.
A live DJ and saxophonist provide the soundtrack throughout the evening, with the open-air setting and views across Downtown Dubai adding to the atmosphere as the night goes on.
For those looking to extend their evenings further into the week, CÉ LA VI has also introduced a new aperitivo experience from Monday evenings, with drinks starting from AED 39.
