Long-running Australian production brings Swedish pop favourites to the city for one night only.
Dubai Opera, in collaboration with MAC Global, will host the acclaimed ABBA show BJÖRN AGAIN on 21 November for a one-night-only performance.
Created in Melbourne in 1988 by musician/producer Rod Stephen, BJÖRN AGAIN has become one of the most recognised productions in the world. Originally created as a fun and theatrical take on ABBA’s music and visual style, it has since evolved into a standalone live act that’s played some of the biggest stages globally.

Now in its 38th year, the show has racked up more than 5,700 performances across 75 countries. From Hyde Park and Wembley Arena to London’s Royal Albert Hall and even Buckingham Palace, BJÖRN AGAIN has remained a favourite for fans looking to relive ABBA’s music. Björn Again has toured with artists like Cher and Shania Twain and even received praise from ABBA themselves for helping introduce the music to new generations.
Audiences in Dubai can expect a set packed with hits like Dancing Queen, Mamma Mia, Take a Chance on Me and more, delivered with a dose of nostalgia.

Dubai Opera has become one of the city’s most iconic venues, with its dhow-shaped space in the heart of Downtown that flips between opera, concerts, musicals and the occasional comedy night.
Tickets are available now via dubaiopera.com, starting from AED 290. VIP tickets are priced at AED 590 and include a beverage.
