DSCVR has been named as one of the official media partners for the festival which makes its Middle Eastern debut from Thursday 9 to Saturday 11 December 2021 in Abu Dhabi.
Kickstarting the Abu Dhabi Winter Shopping Season, a globally-renowned retail festival will debut in the Middle East this December. FUTR World will see joint ventures with innovators, leaders, retailers, artists, futurists, brands and influencers, the three pillars of the event – FUTR Live, FUTR Festival and FUTR Summit – bridging the gap in retail, marketing and commerce.

You can expect to see our logo across FUTR Worlds’s official branding, as well as a full takeover on our Instagram account during the festival weekend.
FUTR Festival will feature a world-class lineup of progressive music artists taking to a new purpose-built stage at Manarat Al Saadiyat. Nigerian Afropop artist Wizkid, known for his global hits Essence and Come Closer, is set to perform the headline set, mixing elements of R&B, grime reggae and Afrobeats. Listed as #OneToWatch by BBC 1Xtra and Capital Xtra, Alicai Harley will be making her first appearance in the UAE, bringing her dancehall and R&B fused sound to FUTR World.
FUTR Live attendees will enjoy interactive workshops, an array of masterclasses from the world of food with MOB Kitchen and Impossible Foods, lifestyle hacks with influencers like Grace Beverley and extreme sports displays with Red Bull’s BMX rider Viki Gómez and the UAE’s very own figure skating pioneer Zahra Lari.
FUTR Summit will provide an unrivalled networking environment, where the high-profile attendees will include Gareth Rees-John, Chief Digital Officer of Kurt Geiger and Jeff Hoffman, Co-Founder of Booking.com, plus many more industry champions.
