Global pop sensation Olly Murs confirmed to perform during the action-packed weekend.
The Mubadala Abu Dhabi Sail Grand Prix 2025 Season Grand Final, presented by Abu Dhabi Sports Council, will transform Mina Zayed on 29 and 30 November. Abu Dhabi joins the list of international cities to host the most exciting racing on water, including Dubai, Auckland, Sydney, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York.
The Grand Final is the culmination of SailGP’s 12-event 2025 season where, after one last series of fleet races between 12 national teams, only the top three in the overall standings will race for the prestigious Rolex SailGP Championship trophy, and the sports largest prize of AED11 million.
Olly Murs has been announced as the headliner of the Grand Final’s Après-Sail celebration presented by Mastercard. He is set to delight SailGP’s Race Stadium, purpose built at Mina Zayed, once the first day of racing finishes on 29 November.
This performance in Abu Dhabi will come only eight days after the release of his eighth studio album Knees Up. Backed by a full band, Olly, who has sold over 2 million tour tickets and has 5.7 million monthly Spotify listeners, will play hits including Troublemaker and Dance With Me Tonight.
Alongside Olly, Mark Wright, popular presenter, TV personality, and DJ is confirmed to perform on 30 November, closing an unforgettable weekend of sport and entertainment.
There will also be an exclusive hospitality experience courtesy of the Waterfront Premium Lounge x Nobu on the Beach, where luxury will meet unbeatable dining and views. Throughout the weekend, SailGP’s Race Stadium and Waterfront Grandstand will come alive with hype hosts, live music, roaming performers, and F50 fly-bys just metres from shore.
The unforgettable weekend will showcase five to seven fleet races across the two days, before – on day two – the top three in the overall SailGP season leaderboard come together to battle in the final race for the title. Only four teams can make it to this three-boat, winner-takes-all, AED11 million showdown: Emirates GBR, the Black Foils, the BONDS Flying Roos, and Los Gallos.
The Abu Dhabi Sail Grand Prix 2025 Season Grand Final continues to enhance the capital’s role as a premier sporting destination, which is home to many sporting events, including the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
