The season’s final race will take place at Yas Marina Circuit on Yas Island.
The Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix has announced the dates for its 2024 edition. The Yas Marina Circuit will host the season finale, marking the end of the longest-ever Formula 1 season, from 5 to 8 December 2024. Formula One Management has officially confirmed that Abu Dhabi will be the venue for the 24th and final race of the 2024 season. The upcoming season is also expected to feature exciting additions to the schedule, starting with the Bahrain Grand Prix on the 2 March.
The sport has garnered immense fan interest, as evidenced by the rapid sell-out of Grandstand tickets for this year’s Abu Dhabi Grand Prix weekend. To cater to the unprecedented demand, organizers have introduced new ways for fans to enjoy the 15th edition of the F1 weekend on Yas Island, with various experiences and opportunities still available for fans to secure their seats.
Saif Rashid Al Noaimi, CEO of Ethara, expressed his delight at the announcement from Formula One Management and extended a warm welcome to the global fanbase for the season finale in Abu Dhabi from the 5th to the 8th of December 2024. He also emphasized the growth of Formula 1 with each race weekend and urged fans to secure their seats for this year’s race while keeping an eye out for exciting announcements about the 2024 race weekend, which will be made later this year.
The 2023 edition of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix weekend is set to break records both on and off the track, surpassing the previous year’s record attendance. Plans are in place to increase capacity and provide fans with various ways to experience the event from the 23rd to the 26th of November on Yas Island.
