50 soloists, 19 live concerts, 15 conductors and five orchestras will take to the stage at Dubai Opera.
The InClassica International Music Festival will return to the UAE for its 12th annual edition from Sunday, 12 February to Friday, 3 March, at Dubai’s Coca-Cola Arena.
The festival will showcase 50 soloists, 19 live concerts, 15 conductors and five orchestras. The first six concerts will feature six award-winning soloists teaming up with three symphonic orchestras and six different conductors.
The event will bring together a spectacular gathering of renowned artists and musicians from around the world in a celebration dedicated to the timeless beauty of classical music.
The first six concerts promise to provide an exciting glimpse at the scale of the talent on display throughout the festival’s latest edition. Six award-winning soloists will take to the stage, among them, violinists Fumiaki Miura (Japan) and Roby Lakatos (Hungary), pianists Saleem Ashkar (Israel) and Yeol Eum Son (South Korea), cellist Alexander Chaushian (Armenia/UK) and flautist Jasmine Choi (Austria/South Korea).
The musicians will be teaming up with three symphonic orchestras – namely the Kazakh State Symphony Orchestra, the National Symphony Orchestra of Uzbekistan and the Savaria Symphony Orchestra (Hungary) – for their respective concerts, who will themselves be led by six different conductors, including Massimiliano Caldi (Italy), Valid Agayev (Azerbaijan/Turkey), Daniel Raiskin (Netherlands), Gergely Madaras (Hungary), Alibek Kabdurakhmanov (Uzbekistan) and Tomàs Grau (Spain).
These artists are the first to be announced for the InClassica International Music Festival lineup, with more to be revealed in the coming days.
