The rock legend will perform during the World Tennis League in Abu Dhabi this December.
Between Chicago in September, Take That in October, and AR Rahman in November, it’s set to be a musical winter season at Etihad Area. Now, with Bryan Adams’ return to the UAE confirmed, December will be no different as the Canadian rockstar will perform during the World Tennis League. The concert, part of his extended So Happy It Hurts world tour, will be held on 19 December, coinciding with the league’s third season that will take place from 19 to 22 December.
Renowned for its unique blend of supercharged musical performances and elite tennis action, the World Tennis League promises to return bigger and better as it builds upon the success of the previous seasons. The likes of 50 Cent and Akon took the stage at last year’s edition, while legendary DJ Tiësto and electronic music superstar Deadmau5 performed alongside Armin van Buuren at the inaugural edition of the tennis tournament in 2022.
Adams joins this fold of iconic headliners as he is set to electrify the crowd with an energetic live performance, concluding the opening day of the tournament at Etihad Arena on Yas Island. With a career spanning over four decades, he has sold over 75 million records worldwide and earned multiple Grammy Awards. Best known for timeless hits such as “Summer of ’69”, “Here I am”, and “Run to You”, the musician truly captivated fans at Coca-Cola Arena in November 2023, so Abu Dhabi audiences are in for a treat.
As the World Tennis League 2024 approaches, preparations are underway to ensure that the third season will be the highlight of this year’s sporting calendar, so the full roster of players and teams is eagerly awaited. Concert ticket holders can upgrade their experience by securing a discounted add-on tennis ticket for the matches scheduled for the same day.
Starting from AED 199, tickets are now available via Platinumlist.
