Having reopened after its summer hiatus in October, this top-ranked Nikkei spot at Radisson Hotel Dubai DAMAC Hills continues to earn rave reviews for its fusion flavour combinations and ingenious beverages, making its exclusive three-course menu for the day of love all the more intriguing. ISSEI’s talented chefs, Luisa Serna and Marlon, have crafted a three-course culinary journey that, combined with stunning views and enchanting live entertainment, will set the perfect stage for romance. For AED 699 per couple, the experience begins with the Trio of Crisps, a delightful combination of chulpi corn, banana chifles, and purple potato crisps, perfectly paired with marlon sauce. Choose from exquisite starters such as the Zucchini Carpaccio Nikkei (featuring fresh greens and finished with a truffle yuzu drizzle) or the refined Conchas Acevichadas (fresh scallops in acevichada sauce with black hijiki).

For the main course, diners can choose from options like the rich Pato Criollo, a slow-cooked duck leg with confit yuzu glaze, or the hearty Udon Marinera, featuring jumbo shrimp, clams, and grilled conchas in a Salsa Marinera.
