BrewDog Bluewaters is up and running

The debut marks the Scottish craft beer brand’s first bar in the Middle East.

If the latest opening at Bluewaters Island in JBR is any indication, BrewDog’s bold ambitions are well on track — the Scottish craft beer brand has debuted its first bar in the Middle East, taking it one step closer to reaching its goal of operating 300 bars by 2030.

BrewDog Bluewaters is up and running

Accented by panoramic views of Ain Dubai, BrewDog Bluewaters brings the brand’s world-renowned mix of eclectic beers, BrewDog Distilling Co. spirits, crowd-favourite food menu, and next-level entertainment. Spanning two floors with dual terraces, the venue is built for everything from post-work drinks and weekend brunches to live music and late-night energy. Reflecting the spirit and features of BrewDog’s iconic Waterloo bar in London, reimagined for the UAE, guests can expect duckpin bowling, cyber darts, and dedicated spaces for dining, socialising, and even remote working.

A whopping 22 taps pour BrewDog headliners like Punk IPA, Hazy Jane, and Elvis Juice, and the bar offers a variety of BrewDog Distilling Co. spirits, Wonderland cocktails, a curated wine list, plus a selection of non-alcoholic beverages. From the kitchen, BrewDog’s signature menu is served up with stacked burgers, loaded fries, and legendary wings alongside several exclusive dishes created just for this location.

“We’re so excited to bring to Dubai everything the world loves about BrewDog — from its pioneering beers and legendary food to immersive gaming and live music, all under one roof,” says N. Daud, CEO of Rise Hospitality, the partner bringing BrewDog to the UAE. “This is a bar that sets a new benchmark for the city and delivers something fresh every day of the week.”

Famed for its strong brews and lighthearted DNA, BrewDog is an international, independent craft beer brewer and hospitality business founded in 2007 by James Watt and Martin Dickie, with a simple mission: “To make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are.” Headquartered in Ellon, Scotland, BrewDog employs over 2,600 people, operates over 100 bars and venues worldwide (including flagship locations in London Waterloo and Las Vegas), and has breweries in Germany, Australia, and USA. BrewDog brews hundreds of different beers, led by the “Headliner series”, which includes the flagship Punk IPA, as well as Lost Lager, Elvis Juice, and Hazy Jane.
