The exclusive 12-seater dining experience has been at the top of the world’s culinary rankings since its inception in 2014.
Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai sees the return of Ibiza’s famed Sublimotion for a multi-sensory dining pop-up until 1 May 2023.
Sublimotion opened to instant renown in Ibiza in 2014 and has been at the top of the world’s culinary rankings ever since. The experience is the brainchild of Paco Roncero, chef and owner of two-Michelin-starred Paco Roncero Restaurante in Madrid, and creative director Eduardo Gonzales, of Vega Factory.
As Sublimotion returns for a second season with a brand-new show, showcasing to the luckiest of Dubai diners why it has been at the top of the world’s culinary rankings. For starters, it accommodates only 12 people at a time, ensuring utmost exclusivity. As for what makes it such a one-of-a-kind experience? The dining room is more stage than space – 360-degree screens with imagery are projected onto every surface as ten whimsical courses prepared with the finest ingredients are transformed with every scene and accented with incomparable performances.
There will be two daily shows (6:30pm and 9:30pm), each priced at AED 5,000 per seat, including unlimited premium beverages. Meanwhile, the soft drinks and mocktails package is AED 3,500 per seat.
