The glamorous Rüya Dubai opens this month at The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm.
Mayfair’s home of Anatolian cuisine is coming to the shores of Palm Jumeirah this December with the opening of Rüya at The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm.
The restaurant derives its name from the Turkish word for ‘dream’ and offers an enchanting, warmly lit atmosphere and enticing culinary offering, where traditional Anatolian cuisine is laced with modern nuances. Here, diners will embark on a flavourful expedition through the terrains of Western Asia’s Anatolian region, from the shores of the Mediterranean to the banks of the Black Sea.
When it comes to interiors, an open kitchen fuses together the vibrant restaurant and area. Elsewhere, patterned tiles are an ode to the rich history of the Anatolian region, whilst a juxtaposition of marble and metal creates a modern bar setting, making Rüya Dubai the perfect amalgamation of rustic and regal.

The restaurant was originally located at Grosvenor House Dubai, before closing and opening inside JW Marriott Grosvenor House London. The new Rüya Dubai will join SUSHISAMBA Dubai and Kyma Beach Dubai at The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm when it opens in December.
