Available Friday to Sunday the new Lunch Above the City menu offers a set menu or full à la carte, served within The Link at One Za’abeel.
Nobu One Za’abeel has launched a new weekend lunch offering, available Friday to Sunday from 12pm to 3.30pm. Situated within The Link, the sky bridge connecting the two towers of One Za’abeel, the experience combines the restaurant’s Japanese and Peruvian-influenced menu with views across the Dubai skyline.

Guests can choose between a set lunch menu at AED 159 per person or order à la carte. The set menu opens with a pair of welcome bites, nori tacos with salmon spicy miso and crispy squid with truffle aji amarillo, before moving into a starter, a main with a side of truffle rice, and dessert.

Starters span a solid selection of Nobu signatures, including white fish dry miso, salmon tataki jalapeño, seafood ceviche, crispy shiitake salad and eggplant tofu goma. The yellowtail jalapeño is available as a supplement for those wanting to go further.

For mains, the kitchen draws on its most recognised dishes. Assorted sushi and roll comes with miso soup, alongside grilled salmon with ikura yuzu butter, umami baby chicken, short ribs with wasabi salsa and duck breast with orange miso. Vegetarians are well catered for with options including cauliflower jalapeño and tofu honey anticucho. The black cod miso, perhaps the most iconic dish in the Nobu repertoire, is available as a supplement.

Desserts include miso cappuccino, yuzu tiramisu with matcha ice cream, and riz au lait with yuzu strawberry compote and raspberry wasabi sorbet, alongside a selection of fruits, ice creams and sorbets.
A curated beverage selection is available separately through the Tanoshi Hours menu.
