Brunch and Sunday lunch now available at Broadway

Broadway

Located in the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, the two new dining experiences set the stage for a fun-filled weekend.

Few things scream ‘it’s the weekend’ as loudly as a long, lazy brunch at a table laden with delicious dishes or a perfectly prepared Sunday roast with all the trimmings. Setting the bar high for Saturday and Sunday socialising, Broadway at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental has launched two new experiences which invite guests to savour both of those dining rituals.

First up is the ultra-indulgent Saturday Broadway Brunch, served to a backdrop of live music. The menu brims with favourites – but with an elevated twist, all served family style so everyone can dig in and get the weekend started. Served from 12.30pm to 3.30pm every Saturday, dishes are designed to be complete showstoppers.

Guests can whet their appetite with starters including a sumptuous Truffle Egg Cocotte, elegant Octopus Salad drizzled with smoked pepper dressing, and surprising Cauliflower Salad crowned with spiced almonds.

Mains are equally mouthwatering and include a decadent Porcini Ravioli with salty parmesan foam, delicate Roasted Seabream served with a rich clam chowder, juicy Grilled Corn-Fed Chicken accompanied by confit garlic, and luxurious Wagyu Bavette drizzled with a decadent Café de Paris sauce. To round off the dining extravaganza, deserts include Eton Mess and Poire Belle-Hélène.

Guests can then enjoy beach access with full use of the hotel’s shoreline facilities. Packages start from AED 295 per person, for a three-hour brunch with soft drinks. To enjoy house beverages during brunch, it’s AED 365. For those who wish to upgrade to the Champagne package, the price is AED 495.

To cap off the weekend, Broadway is now serving a traditional British Sunday from 12.30 pm to 4 pm. With a nostalgic taste of the classics, guests can choose from a traditional Roast Sirloin of Beef with horseradish cream, Slow-Braised Lamb Shoulder with mint sauce, and Roasted Corn-Fed Chicken accompanied by traditional bread sauce. Accompaniments such as roasted potatoes, vegetables and light, crispy Yorkshire Puddings complete each plate. Ending the experience on a sweet note, desert is Eton Mess, with layers of cream, meringue and fresh berries.

Prices start from AED 295 with soft drinks included, AED 365 to enjoy house beverages, and AED 495 for Champagne. An A la Carte menu is also available.

Reservations can be made online at mandarinoriental.com.
