From intriguing design to locally inspired menus, each Hotel Indigo brings the outside in, drawing from the local culture to inspire every aspect of the property (including brunch).
Representing the city’s modern creative pulse, Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown is the ideal spot for art lovers and foodies to enjoy an interactive and unique dining experience with the launch of a new party brunch.
Located in the hotel’s artsy social eatery, Open Sesame, The Marasi Brunch is named after Marasi Drive, Dubai’s vibrant and lively Downtown district.
Foodies can kick off their culinary adventure with the new brunch menu that offers a Halal Mediterranean charcuterie board, puff pastry baked goat cheese and apple, mini sausage rolls, prawn cocktail, ceviche shots and devilled eggs with caviar and smoked salmon.
For the main course, patrons can enjoy pulled beef sliders with chipotle aioli and coleslaw, chicken pintxo, lamb souvlaki with tzatziki and pita bread, cod croquettes, fried calamari and prawns.
For dessert, Open Sesame is transformed into a colourful Candy Souq replete with an array of sweet delights, including chocolate bombe, matcha tiramisu, blueberry pannacotta, a crepe station, doughnut wall, a chocolate fountain with a variety of toppings and the Marasi CandyTree dripping with assorted lollipops and sweets.
This social hotspot is inspired by the region’s history and infused flavours of the local spice bazaars that tell a story and the new brunch offering is supported by an entertainment program led by a DJ and live musicians to ensure a fun-filled Friday for everyone.
A brunch after-party will take place at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown’s secret speakeasy, Off The Wall, from 5pm to 8pm.
The Marasi Brunch runs on Fridays, from 2pm to 5pm. AED 199 (soft beverages), AED 295 (house beverages) and AED 345 (bubbly).
