Setting the tone for a weekend of fun and frivolity, The Saffron Brunch 2.0 is bigger and better than ever before.
Following a year’s hiatus, one of Dubai’s most legendary party brunches is back with a brand-new look and more energy than before. Following a complete refurbishment, brunch-goers can take a booth in the elegant and stylish surroundings of Saffron at Atlantis The Palm, as the region’s best DJ’s spin chart-topping hits.
Kicking off on Friday 27 August with the very best of the ’90s, brunch-goers can sip on a secret sauce slushie from one of Saffron’s lively drink stations and take their pick of cuisines from across the globe. With more than 220 dishes to choose from, The Saffron Brunch 2.0 includes all of your international brunch favourites, from dim sum and seafood to low and slow BBQ. You can also enjoy 20 live cooking stations, including meat carving, sushi, noodle soups, Korean BBQ and lavish dessert stations complete with a chocolate fountain.
Saffron’s minimalist makeover was spearheaded by New York-based designer Jeffrey Beers and features a fresh and open atmosphere, with stylish turquoise tones and brass detailing which nod to the surrounding sea.
Alongside live DJ’s, The Saffron Brunch 2.0 also features a plethora of live entertainment, including dancers, singers and magicians, with each week revolving around a different theme. From the ’80s to the noughties and UK Garage to Britpop, there is always something new to experience at Saffron.
The Saffron Brunch 2.0 runs on Fridays, from 1pm to 4pm. AED 455 (house beverages) and AED 495 (sparkling).
