From a farm in Barsha to the rooftop of Souk Madinat Jumeirah, pitmaster Hattem Mattar has opened a one-of-a-kind tableside barbeque culinary experience, bringing the hospitality of his home to the table.
The Farm House, an innovative farm-to-table BBQ pop-up from the world’s first Arab pitmaster and Dubai culinary pioneer, has opened its doors in the heart of Madinat Jumeirah.
Welcoming meat-lovers for a barbecue experience in a spectacular rooftop setting, The Farm House serves up a menu of smoked cuisine cooked entirely with ‘live fire’ where guests will discover Hattem’s passion behind the flame.
Famed for its succulent brisket, smoked meats and fall-apart pastrami, diners can enjoy the likes of Cast Iron Scallops in a lemon and lime oil with wilted greens, Smoked Duck Eggs served with veal bacon, White Sturgeon Caviar and Egg Yolk Mousse and slow-smoked Brisket Mandi.
Signature dishes include Bouquet De Boeuf featuring USDA Prime Rib and Smoked Bone Marrow with Tomato Jam, Chimichurri, Crème Fraiche and Brioche Buns, Peri-Peri Pineapple Chicken served with Southern Style Rice and a Reverse Seared Tomahawk in a Sweet Heat Glaze and Coloured Potato Chips.
Guests can also tuck into a mouth-watering selection of sandwiches, including the Lamb Burger, Teriyaki Chicken Buns and Brisket Burnt Ends. While desserts include the Cast Iron Banana with Peanut Butter Ice-cream, Smoking Crepes served with Dulce De Leche, Date Sugar and Candied Walnuts, Bone Marrow Crème Brûlée infused with Yuzu and Milk N’ Cookies served with a tall glass of milk.
Completing the tableside experience, cocktails concocted by experimental mixologists and eclectic beats from the resident DJ pair perfectly with every meal.
