Hola’s menu encourages a bountiful culinary journey with a magnificent selection of Spanish dishes instilled with a unique fusion twist. Highlights include Wagyu beef carpaccio topped with truffle cream and parmesan foam, ceviche de la calle, offering fresh sea bass with Ají Amarillo and Leche de Tigre, Fileto, Angus prime beef tenderloin, and Camarones Al Ajill, Tiger prawns with garlic, parsley and thyme. Indulge in the Choco Bomb, a rich 62% cacao sphere with pistachio cream, ice cream, brownies, and a dark gold caramel sauce for dessert.
