A homegrown culinary destination with a difference, Forma is located at Al Safa Art & Design Library.
With mercury rising and life slowing down for summer, cool and creative haunts are the order of the day — enter Forma. The latest venture by Belhasa Hospitality, it promises a unique dining experience located within the Al Safa Art & Design Library in Dubai. The culinary group, for the uninitiated, is behind renowned concepts such as North Audley Cantine (NAC), Berenjak, Ben’s Cookies, Bachir Ice Cream and Table Otto in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.

Located in the heart of Jumeirah, Forma offers a redefined dining concept that takes its guests on a unique sensory journey. The new venue in Al Safa seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing guests to savour their meals al fresco during the cooler months or opt for a cosy, intimate atmosphere indoors. Forma, says the team, is more than just a restaurant — it’s a celebration of art, design, and flavour, so every visit promises to be a harmonious fusion of exquisite cuisine and a visually striking environment.

Forma, Belhasa’s newest culinary destination, offers an enticing day menu that blends classic favorites with innovative twists, ensuring there’s something for every palate. Guests can enjoy their go-to coffee orders or explore signature mocktails such as the Lychee & Peach, Caramel Café, Coffee Popcorn and others. For those craving something unique, the menu also features favourites like the V60, Matcha Latte, Hot Chocolate, Cascara, FORMatcha, and Hibiscus Watermelon, inviting guests to discover the perfect balance of familiar flavours and creative combinations.
Forma’s pizza selection is where the core of the brand is and it is sure to impress. From timeless favourites such as the Margherita and Pepperoni and a Six Cheese sit alongside special daring options such as the Bacon Pistachio, Hot Chicken, and Miso Corn pizzas. Each pizza features a beautifully balanced crust, light and crisp, making every bite as satisfying as it is flavourful.

The small plate offerings are equally exciting, with vibrant dishes like the Halloumi Panzanella featuring fried halloumi and tangy balsamic, Burrata Poppers, fried burrata drizzled with hot honey and pesto, and the Crispy Prawn with fried breaded prawns and a samyang dip. For a lighter option, the Kale Avocado Salad with torched corn and avocado provides a refreshing bite. As for dessert, guests can treat themselves to a chocolate delight of mini dark chocolate cookies, the creamy Pretzel Soft Serve, blending sweet and savoury flavours, and the Cookies & Pistachio Cream, Forma’s twist on tiramisu.

“Partnering with Dubai Culture, represented by Mr Abdul Rahman Younis, has enabled us to create a concept that truly complements the spirit of the Al Wasl neighbourhood — one that resonates with successful, talented individuals and families,”said Nassim Basma, General Manager of Belhasa Hospitality. “I describe Forma as a relaxed yet refined destination that reimagines crispy, light pizzas, while celebrating every element of the menu, especially the coffee, which caters perfectly to our morning patrons. The restaurant is deeply inspired by a dynamic fusion of fashion, music, art, and colour, all of which shape its core identity and contribute to a vibrant yet laidback atmosphere.”
