Subko Coffee is opening a new location at Alserkal Avenue, bringing its Indian-born specialty coffee and baked goods to Dubai. The first of its kind in the region, the brand is known for its focus on South Asian coffee, meticulous sourcing, and experimental techniques like barrel-aging and hops fermentation.
The main focus is on coffee and bakes, all displayed in an aesthetically pleasing format and bringing artisanal craftsmanship with contemporary flavors, telling the story of the people behind the beans with every cup and bite.
While there has been no official announcement yet, the brand has already participated in events like Quoz Arts Fest and World of Coffee Dubai, and aims to showcase the flavours of the subcontinent to the world.
If this opening is anything like the Mumbai edition, it’s likely to become one of the busiest spots for coffee in Dubai.
