In a collaboration between Sunset Hospitality Group and SUSHISAMBA Group, a fusion of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian culture is set to elevate the dining experience at the luxurious five-star hotel Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers.
Born from the Japanese immigrants’ heritage in Brazil and Peru back in the early 20th century, SUSHISAMBA transcends the limits of time to create a vibrant dining experience that honours the past while boldly redefining contemporary flavours and traditions with its immersive multi-sensory experience.
Spreading across two grand levels, the SUSHISAMBA venue invites you to indulge in flavours that awaken and revel, inspired by the lush essence of the Amazon in its aesthetic. The restaurant’s interiors, designed by renowned Spanish studio Lázaro Rosa Violán, embody the spirit of cultural fusion through vibrant greenery and exotic patterns promising the guests a visual journey on top of an exciting and memorable dining adventure.
Your exceptional journey begins on the first floor where guests are welcomed to the main restaurant, which comfortably seats 100 guests, and an outdoor terrace showcasing Abu Dhabi’s mesmerising skyline. Upstairs, guests will enjoy an intimate dining room that accommodates up to 14 guests, a vibrant bar, and another terrace. On this level, you’ll also find SUSHISAMBA’s best-kept secret: SAMBAROOM, that serves up to 50 guests, turning dinners into celebrations and strangers into friends.
The menu is just as thoughtfully weaved by the mastermind Executive Chef Obed Villages. SUSHISAMBA’s eclectic menu goes all the way from the classics like sushi and ceviche to signature dishes like Chilean Sea Bass Anticuchos, Acevichado Samba Roll, and Sea Bream Ceviche with green chilli. The melt-in-the-mouth SAMBA WagyuDhabi will also be an exclusive offering for SUSHISAMBA Abu Dhabi.
