The Fore at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab launches Saturday brunch

The Fore Saturday Brunch Dubai

A multi-restaurant brunch concept that brings together Japanese, Mediterranean and modern Indian cooking against one of Dubai’s most recognisable backdrops.

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab has quickly positioned itself as one of Dubai’s most ambitious new luxury addresses, recently securing a place at number 20 in The World’s 50 Best Hotels list. Its dining portfolio has followed suit, with The Fore now introducing a Saturday brunch that brings four distinct restaurants into one considered dining experience.

Rather than centring on a single restaurant, The Fore brings together four: Umi Kei, Madame Li, Mirabelle and The Bombay Club by Chef Manav Tuli. Each kitchen contributes signature dishes, allowing guests to move between Japanese, Pan-Asian, Mediterranean brasserie and modern Indian flavours within one sitting.

The format is centred around live culinary stations, where wagyu robata is grilled to order alongside Peking duck, prime rib and refined Indian plates that move well beyond typical brunch fare. Caviar and freshly shucked oysters are served throughout the afternoon, adding a sense of occasion without excess.

There is also a dedicated cheese selection curated by Les Frères Marchand, with more than 20 varieties, alongside a pastry station featuring viennoiserie and creations from Pierre Hermé Paris.

With seating arranged on either side of the hotel, The Fore offers two very different perspectives. One frames the sail-shaped silhouette of the Burj Al Arab, the other looks towards the Marina and the distant Burj Khalifa.
