Revolver, the modern Indian restaurant has teamed up with culinary platform Splidu to bring their latest brunch concept to Dubai.
The city favourite, Indian grill is launching their Underground brunch, and guests can expect bold flavours, curated cocktails and cool vibes every Saturday. Forget the traditional brunch buffet, and think flame-grilled lamb ribs, smoked aubergine and a selection of tandoor-fired meats with signature sides, that make this brunch perfect for sharing.
The restaurant is mixing things up each week with chef collabs, special dishes and evolving menus, meaning that you’ll never experience the same brunch twice. There is also a spot at the chef’s table where six guests can experience front-row access to the chefs in action, making this the table to be at every week.
There is an extensive menu of bespoke cocktails made to match the intensity of the food and an eclectic mix of music with bold beats to keep the energy flowing.
