YUME RAMEN, a unique pop-up curated by the hip Japanese kitchen of Maru Udon known for its authentic udon noodles, will have a temporary home at Nomad Day Bar Courtyard until Friday, December 13.
Offering a taste of traditional Japanese cuisine with a modern twist, the limited-time menu features a selection of delightful ramen bowls from AED 49. This includes the comforting Chicken Paitan Shoyu Ramen, the bold Karamiso Ramen, and the spicy Vegan Tantan Sichuan Ramen. Each bowl is a symphony of flavours, with rich broths, tender noodles, and a variety of toppings like nitamago, nori, moyashi bean sprouts, buttered corn, and kimchi.
To complement the mains, YUME RAMEN also offers side dishes featuring crispy chicken karaage, crunchy udon chips, and a sweet treat – strawberry & grape Tanghulu. Wash it all down with some refreshing Ramune, a traditional Japanese soda.
The pop-up is open daily from noon, ideal for a quick and wholesome lunch away from the desk or for a weekend catch-up with friends. After all, ramen bowls are the perfect antidote to Dubai’s winter.
