Zali brings Lebanese flavours to Abu Dhabi

Bringing Lebanese homemade flavours with a modern twist of Bali-inspired interiors, Zali Restaurant opens its doors in Al Bateen, Abu Dhabi.

A new Lebanese flavour is on its way to Abu Dhabi. With a blend of the Mediterranean and Levantine dining scene, Zali restaurant is the latest addition to Abu Dhabi’s culinary gems, opening its new place in Al Bateen. Inspired by Bali’s serene aesthetics, the restaurant brings back the original flavour of home-cooked meals, offering you a fresh and familiar culinary experience. Born from a love for food and the spirit of bringing people together, Zali embodies Lebanese hospitality, tradition, and family values.

Zali was initially founded three years ago in Bali, quickly becoming one of the island’s most celebrated treasures. From the inspiring story of the full-time mother and grandmother, Liza Maalouf, the restaurant’s idea was always about creating food that transcends the simple flavours and serves the taste of home and passion to all who get lucky to try Zali’s dish. “Sharing food is sharing stories and spreading happiness”, says Maalouf, whose passion shines through in every dish.
