Clay

Dubai is no newbie to the global takeover of Nikkei cuisine, the culinary intersection of Peruvian ingredients and Japanese cooking methods. Grab a table on the lush terrace overlooking the sea and Ain Dubai, or settle indoors amid elegant interiors where 19th-century aesthetics embrace multi-textured, contemporary flavours. The dishes evoke both cultures with a flavourful menu of robatayaki-style seafood, tacos, katsu sandos, sea bream ceviche and more served up in authentic clay pots that give the restaurant its name.

The expansive venue shelters three vintage Porsche models, one of which is valued at over US $80 million and sourced directly from the manufacturer.
