Expect an out-of-the-ordinary brunch experience at Dubai’s new social hotspot.
Bella Restaurant and Lounge is located on the top floor of the Grand Millennium Hotel Business Bay, taking over the space previously occupied by Mexican restaurant, Chingon.
The Italian rooftop venue boasts breathtaking views of the city skyline and Burj Khalifa and is spread across two distinct spaces. The loft-like lounge features a private dining table presiding above a retro-lit amber bar. In contrast, an effortlessly elegant dining room overlooks the city skyline offering a relaxed dining environment accentuated by sleek décor.
Bella Restaurant and Lounge have been the talk of the town since opening late last year and the constant requests for a Friday brunch have now been answered. The Bella Brunch will be a weekly affair of authentic Italian food, unlimited beverages and top-notch entertainment from a live singer and musician.
The brunch will be a three-hour Italian feast including dishes such as; Bella Bruschetta (crunchy bread with baked tomato, garlic and thyme), Tortelli (homemade Tortelli filled with ricotta, spinach, butter and sage), Branzino in crosta di patata (crusted potato sea bass) and sorpresa (caramelised chocolate soft cream, crispy chocolate pearls, Greek yoghurt, coffee and chocolate caramel).
Award-winning Chef Alessandro Miceli is at the helm of the venue’s culinary development and his menu pays tribute to great Italian classics infused with light Asian influences. Supported by the timeless direction and care of Stefano Bassanese working the floor, visitors to The Bella Brunch can also expect a selection of grape and hand-crafted cocktails to complement the glass ceiling that opens up entirely to the Dubai skies.
In true Italian style, guests are invited to turn up for the three-hour brunch anytime between 12pm and 5pm. AED 325 (soft beverages) and AED 550 (house beverages).
