The three-night stay includes a private rooftop ice rink, Michelin-starred dining, Broadway and exclusive museum access.
If you are looking to take New Year’s Eve well beyond the usual dinner and fireworks, The Mark Hotel in New York has unveiled a three-night celebration priced at $400,000.
A Grand New Year at The Mark runs from December 31, 2026 to January 3, 2027 and is designed for up to 10 guests staying in the hotel’s Mark Penthouse.
For UAE residents planning a winter escape, New York is already a popular choice at this time of year, with plenty of direct flight options from the Emirates and the city fully in festive mode by late December.

The experience begins with afternoon tea by Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, followed by a Caviar Kaspia dinner, Champagne, live piano music and a private DJ.
At midnight, guests head to the penthouse rooftop, which will be transformed into a private skating rink overlooking Manhattan as the city welcomes 2027.

New Year’s Day includes brunch, treatments at The Mark’s Wellness & Longevity Spa and a private tour of the Whitney Museum of American Art.
The following day brings a Broadway performance of Buena Vista Social Club before a private 20-course omakase dinner prepared by two-Michelin-starred Sushi Noz chef Nozomu Abe.
There are plenty of smaller indulgences along the way too, including a 2am delivery of The Mark’s Black Truffle Pizza, private cinema night, chauffeur transfers and expedited airport immigration.

The $400,000 package covers up to 10 guests and includes three nights in The Mark Penthouse. Reservations must be made by December 23.
For UAE travellers wanting to turn the festive break into a longer holiday, it could also easily be paired with a few extra days in New York before or after New Year.
