The UAE’s first Banyan Tree property will debut in November.
Banyan Tree Group, Dubai Holding and Ennismore will introduce an exclusive luxury lifestyle experience in the emirate. Banyan Tree Dubai will replace the existing Caesars Palace Dubai and undergo a phased rebranding process, culminating in a reimagined resort featuring 179 rooms, 30 suites, and a brand-new four-bedroom villa, complete with a private entrance, pool, and beach access.
A defining aspect of the resort will be its wellness offerings, with the signature Banyan Tree Spa featuring a dedicated reception area, relaxation zone, fitness centre, indoor and outdoor yoga spaces, specialised dining options, private miniature rainforests, hydrotherapy pools, and treatment rooms.
The resort will boast five carefully curated restaurants and bars through a collaborative effort between Ennismore’s in-house F&B concept studio, Carte Blanched, and Banyan Tree Group, promising guests a diverse culinary journey. Furthermore, Banyan Tree Dubai will encompass 96 private residences featuring one to four-bedroom units with an exclusive lobby, an outdoor swimming pool, and access to the hotel’s amenities.
The property will be co-operated jointly by Banyan Tree Group and Ennismore, following a similar operational model as applied in Banyan Tree La Cigale Doha, Qatar, and Banyan Tree AlUla, Saudi Arabia.

The resort is strategically positioned at the heart of the vibrant waterfront lifestyle hub, Bluewaters Island, which is also home to Ain Dubai — the world’s tallest observation wheel.

Banyan Tree Dubai will be unveiled in November 2023.
