RIKAS Hospitality Group is famous for its hospitality hits that include Chez Wam, Kyma Beach Dubai, La Cantine du Faubourg, Lana Lusa, Mimi Kakushi, Ninive, Tagomago and the soon-to-open Tiffany & Co. Blue Box Café inside Dubai Mall. Their latest venture will be Eugène Eugène, a new brasserie at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates that promises to inject a little French finesse into Dubai’s dynamic dining scene.
Drawing inspiration from the allure of greenhouses and bustling market halls, Eugène Eugène stands as an oasis nestled within the heart of the city. This contemporary brasserie exudes a chic and refreshing ambience. So, whether you’re seeking a quick coffee break, a leisurely lunch or a chic afternoon tea, the restaurant boasts thoughtfully curated spaces tailored to every occasion.
At the core of the venue lies its meticulously crafted menu, overseen by RIKAS’ Corporate Chef Gilles Bosquet and thoughtfully curated by Head Chef Yannis Sgard. Their culinary expertise shines through an array of signature dishes, including Vanilla Tomato Tartare, Truffle Artichoke Spinach Salad, Crozets a la Truffe, Seabream a la Plancha, and Veal and Tuna Tartare.
“Eugène Eugène is a manifestation of my culinary journey and passion for a cuisine inspired by my legacy,” says Chef Yannis Sgard. “With each dish, we aim to transport our guests, where flavours tell stories and meals become memories.”
The brasserie conjures the enchantment of lush greenhouses, characterised by soaring heights nurturing flourishing flora. From the distinctive conservatory to the inviting green marble bar and the cosy rattan sofas, the ambience strikes a harmonious balance between relaxed comfort and refined opulence. Nestled amid the serenity of palm and olive trees, laurel, sage, and rosemary, complemented by woven cushions and sumptuous armchairs, this new brasserie offers a sanctuary that shields patrons from the mall’s bustling energy.
Eugène Eugène is open daily from 12pm to midnight.
