Open for lunch and dinner, the restaurant interior and its terraces are inviting and intimate, with classic elements blending with modern aesthetics. Guests come for the Kaspia baked potato, topped with the finest caviar – often imitated but never equalled. As the name suggests, a selection of the finest caviar is available at Caviar Kaspia Dubai (on eggs, potatoes, pasta, toast or just a spoonful). Expect classics like smoked salmon blinis, king crab and crayfish salad, pasta and risottos. The dessert menu will feature a selection of desserts created by Kaspia Dubai’s Head Pâtissier, such as baked Alaska.
Caviar Kaspia Dubai will be a natural extension of its Parisian space, thanks to the involvement of CEO Ramon Mac-Crohon, who has personally presided over every detail of the restaurant and menu to ensure that Caviar Kaspia Dubai will continue to pay homage to its Parisian roots and so that the customer experience is identical to what you’d experience in Paris, but with a local flavour.
