CUE Dubai, a new indoor dining and entertainment experience, is now open at Sheraton Grand Hotel.
Located on the hotel’s ground floor and accessed via its designated street entrance, guests are greeted by a large foyer before riding the glass elevator to the main venue. Behind blue velvet curtains, guests are welcomed by white and grey marble and burgundy walls tying in perfectly with CUE’s chic glamour. Furniture is sophisticated yet comfortable and the 200 capacity venue houses a state of the art audio-visual system with a grid-like LED ceiling, illuminating its upscale interior.
CUE’s menu features an array of globally inspired dishes, some of which are theatrically served to the table, including Mediterranean salt-crusted sea bass and a Flame-grilled Wagyu tomahawk steak. CUE’s burrata and pecorino gyoza and baked feta and spinach pie are among the starters to share. Those after a lighter option can enjoy a selection of salads, including grilled octopus and goat’s cheese in a walnut crust. Desserts include a mango dome sorbet topped with cotton candy and various artisanal homemade ice creams and sorbets.
A focused and well-priced grape list and selection of cocktails are available to accompany CUE’s extensive food menu.
An exhilarating program of nightlife, live shows and performances promises to be nothing short of amazing. Expect a series of world-class acts, from dazzling aerial performances to heated fire shows, with bespoke shows taking place nightly, not only centre stage but all around you.
A roster of promotions includes a Wednesday Night Brunch, Friday Brunch and afterparty and a Saturday URBN Ladies Night, where ladies can enjoy three dishes from the chef’s selection and four selected beverages for AED 120.
CUE Dubai is open Saturday to Thursday, from 8pm to 2am and on Fridays, from 1pm to 2am.
