Papa Dubai presents a series of sophisticated food and beverage concepts inside a single, ground-breaking new venue at V Hotel Dubai in Al Habtoor City.
Mixology is a significant theme of Papa Dubai, which houses a lab where skilled artisans carefully craft an innovative and enticing drinks list that rips up the rule book. Each of Papa Dubai’s nine bars focuses on a particular drink, each with its own distinctive look, atmosphere and charismatic mixologists.
The food menu features artfully presented international dishes from Peruvian head chef Emanuel Alvarado, adding to the global flavour of Papa Dubai.
Along with high-quality food and drink, an exhilarating and transportive soundtrack takes guests on a musical journey that enhances their experience. Joining a string of hand-picked resident DJs, Papa will showcase some of the best international DJs for Thursday night parties that will disrupt Dubai’s nightlife scene.
The venue is the creative vision of serial entrepreneur Natalia Freys, who says, “Our mixology kitchen looks like a science lab and is where our team have been experimenting for months to create a menu that is truly unlike anything else available in Dubai. Cordials, syrups and inventive drinks such as goat’s cheese gin will add exciting flavour for anybody who comes to Papa Dubai.”
